I was hoping to be more productive in the last week or so and I thought I would be. But instead, I seem to be wasting even more time after switching to the new version. The old one stopped working after I upgraded to ST3. It claims to be updating to the new version and then changes back to the old one. Each and every time I run ST3, it is already updated to the new version, so it could not be an OS or package update. I installed a fresh copy of ST3 into a new user account, and this did not happen. I have no idea what is going on with this, and now ST3 is the single hardest thing I use in my work and life. I use it for C++, Python, Java, Javascript, HTML, and CSS. I can’t get any of the snippets to work (even the ones I created). I can’t run multiple instances of ST3 at once. I can’t get git working (I get “SublimeGit: no git executable was found”). I cannot save, and I cannot open files. I am also getting the above dialog box frequently asking me if I want to update to the new version. This is extremely frustrating.
