It is very helpful. I have spent a lot of time looking for a tool which can change the theme of explorer, but I have not found one. I think Win10 Tweaker is a solution. It can be easy to use and customizable. I think Win 10 Tweaker will make my life easier.

I’ve been using Winaero Tweaker on Windows 10 Home for a while now, and it’s my favourite Tweaker on Windows 10. Winaero Tweaker not only lets you change Windows 10’s theme, but also all other Windows 10’s system settings. The interface is super clean and simple, and you can adjust to all the settings with a single mouse click. Winaero Tweaker allows you to adjust font size, window frame, double click speed, arrow and text highlight color, option bar appearance and more. All changes are applied with a single click.

so I have always known that each changes would require me to restart explorer manually, but just now I tried a few things, and I have noticed that when I change the theme of the browser using Win 10 Tweaker, it takes a little while for the change to appear, I’m just wondering if anyone else has this problem.

I’m playing around with Win 10 Tweaker to see if it can be helpful for me to use what’s here. One thing I noticed is, for system changes like controlling the default font to be used for new windows, etc. For most changes, I can just click the Apply button and it works just fine. But, for the color of menus, status bar, etc. – I have to restart explorer for the changes to take affect. And for some system fonts, I have to restart explorer too for the changes to take affect.

Please note that I dont want to ‘disable’ any settings, instead I would like to have the options still available to me but I need to change them with another program (Winaero Tweaker), while WinAero Tweaker is active.

I also wanted to come back to a cleaner UI. I had to go back to Windows 7 because I could not keep Windows 10 on my laptop. I run Win10 Tweaker by calling it from the command line. I had various issues with the Win10 Tweaker GUI just because it is not supported. As an alternative I called Win10 Tweaker from the command line. This allows me to run it from a different folder if I need to.

When I get to Tweaker Home Screen I have enabled Options->Advanced Appearance Settings and then I have changed all the fonts under the Display->System->Fonts. I have not changed anything else, it shows just the normal Segoe font on the Start Menu and the Desktop. I can not make it use the new font anywhere.

I have been using Tweaker for about a year now. It is a fantastic program. (I don’t like the new name.)
However, it is a real pain to get Tweaker to change the font colors of the background and selected text in Microsoft Office.
I have figured out how to do this with the newer versions of Tweaker but it is frustrating for a novice. Would appreciate it if someone gave me a detailed explanation of the new hotkeys for the two most common Microsoft Office 2010 programs and how to use them.

A word of appreciation for your wonderful work. I’ve installed in Windows 10 (pro, x64, 1703 edition). It’s awesome, and I actually enjoy it, and it does what it’s supposed to do. I don’t use Winaero Tweaker, however.

Adding a third-party Tweaker app for advanced Windows settings is optional. I created it so you can access all the advanced options without having to go into the Registry. However, I have not spent a lot of time to make it as useful as possible. At this moment, I am planning to add to it all of the following features to become the best Windows Tweaker app that you need to Windows 10.

Example, with 19.0, WinAero Tweaker removed the ability to change the apps grouping that were previously in the “Display Settings” section in “Configure Window Display” in Windows 10. A “Customization” tab appeared instead and further changes were hidden.

I love WinAero Tweaker and how easy it makes these changes. However, Id really like to know what is being done to my system and if theres any way to do some of them manually or automate outside of WinAero Tweaker for when Im changing a lot of machines (whereas I prefer to just use the WinAero GUI for my personal machine).
